Mark is a Chartered Accountant and has been a Registered Company Auditor for 35 years and the principal of the firm Enmark Chartered Accountants.

Mark has extensive experience in the operation of an audit committee as both a member and an auditor reporting to a committee.

Current appointments include being the Chair of the audit committee of a Commonwealth corporate entity. He has been a panel member conducting examinations and special administrations for the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations since 1995.

Mark’s current audit appointments include being auditor of two (2) regional Indigenous community health services in Queensland.
