Mark O’Shea is a Chartered Accountant and the principal of Enmark Chartered Accountants, bringing more than 35 years of experience as a Registered Company Auditor.

He has a strong background in corporate governance, with extensive experience serving on and reporting to audit committees across various sectors. 

Since 1995, Mark has been a panel member conducting examinations and special administrations for the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations, reflecting his long-standing commitment to supporting Indigenous organisations through financial integrity and accountability.

Mark currently serves as Chair of the audit committee for a Commonwealth corporate entity and is the appointed auditor for two (2) regional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community health services in Queensland. His career reflects deep expertise in audit, governance, and regulatory compliance, particularly in Indigenous and community-controlled sectors.
