You will receive a comprehensive health care assessment through our triage process before seeing the GPs and then hear from us for any immediate follow-up care and advice. Health Assessment

Each client's journey begins in the clinic by applying a cycle of care initiated by a Health Check. This free assessment of your overall health helps us provide you with the best care and the most appropriate wrap-around support!

These checks aim to keep you healthy and allow us to prevent chronic illnesses from developing.

You know what they say – "Prevention is better than cure."

Fun fact: You will also hear these checks referred to as 715 Health Assessments – Good Health starts with a 715!

Bookings

Call our clinic receptionists to make an appointment. Patients who make an appointment and cannot attend are encouraged to notify reception of their cancellation.

Clients without appointments for urgent clinical care can be seen during opening hours; however, emergencies will be given priority, and all patients will be triaged upon need.

We understand that you've got stuff to do, and waiting long periods to see your doctor may not be one of them, so we make every effort to ensure wait times are at a minimum to make your patient journey as easy and as pleasant as possible.

We don't know what we don't know, and as a community organisation, we lean on you as our clients to help us improve, so please give any feedback for quality or safety improvements by speaking with a staff member or through here.
