CARDIOLOGY

Did You Know?
One of the leading contributors to the health gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians is cardiovascular disease and strokes.

At Kambu Health, we are committed to improving health outcomes for our mob by providing culturally appropriate clinical care, particularly for those at high risk of or already living with heart conditions.
Prevention and Treatment: Both Are Important
Preventing heart disease is just as crucial as treating it. We want to help you take control of your heart health and reduce the risk of developing serious conditions.
Meet Our Cardiologist
Dr Farhan Syed, an experienced Cardiologist, visits Kambu Health Ipswich Clinic on the fourth Tuesday of each month.
Dr Farhan is here to provide specialised care and advice for those at risk or currently managing heart conditions.
Take Action for Your Heart Health
If you have a family history of heart disease or have already been diagnosed with a heart condition, it’s important to talk to your GP about getting a referral. Early intervention can make all the difference.
To book an appointment with our Cardiologist, simply see our friendly reception team after you’ve received your referral.
We’re here to support your heart health and overall wellbeing.
