Dr. Lindsay Davidson

Dr. Lindsay Davidson grew up outside the city of Aberdeen, Scotland and relocated permanently to Australia in 2013.

Dr. Lindsay is a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in treating patients and has a strong passion for preventative health, women’s health and paediatrics.

Dr. Lindsay is our Director, Clinical Services and currently practices at Kambu Health Ipswich Clinic, where she provides comprehensive care for patients within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in Ipswich and West Moreton region.

Education and Training:

Dr. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree from the University of Glasgow located in Glasgow, Scotland in 2005.

Dr. Lindsay received her Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), London, in 2012 and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2013, upon moving to Australia.

Work Experience:

Dr. Lindsay has worked in a variety of healthcare settings throughout her career, in a variety of locations including Glasgow, the Highlands of Scotland, and in and around Brisbane and the Scenic Rim and now located in Ipswich. Through her training and extended interests, Dr Davidson has gained experience in a wide range of specialties including Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry and Geriatrics.

Clinical Expertise:

Dr. Lindsay offers a full range of diagnostic and treatment services for patients including women’s health (cervical screening, STI screening/counselling, Implanon insertion and removal, MTOP provision), health checks including baby and children’s health assessments and immunisation, chronic disease management, skin checks, biopsies, iron infusions, and mental health assessments.
