Happy International Nurses Day 2026!
Today we celebrate the extraordinary women and men who show up every single day to save lives, ease suffering, and care for us all.
Nurses don't just save lives-- they hold people together during some of the hardest moments they'll ever face.
This year's theme is “Our Nurses. Our Future. Empowered Nurses Save Lives.” It's a reminder that nursing is one of the most powerful forces in healthcare. When nurses are supported, resourced, and empowered, the whole community benefits.

I had the same issue a while back. A few tips: check the spoon weight—some cheaper ones snap if you stir hot drinks—and make sure the wrapper seals properly, rn it avoids contamination. Also, testing a small pack first is worth it, just to see how they handle daily use. Storing them in a dry container helps keep the wrappers crisp too.
