International Day Against LGBTQIA+ Discrimination, May 17 marks the date in 1990 that homosexuality was removed from the WHO Classification of Diseases.

Over three decades later, LGBTQIA+ communities still face discrimination – but every one of us can make a difference.

At Kambu Health, we honour the strength and spirit of our LGBTQIA+ mob and allies. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and seen — in community, at home, and in health care.

Discrimination has no place here. We stand with our Sistergirls, Brotherboys, and rainbow mob today and every day.

Let’s work together to build a future that embraces love, identity, and equality — where all of us can thrive without fear.

One thing that helped me survive med-surg: solid nursing writing services. They understand clinical terms and how to structure papers. If you’re stuck on how to start or cite, they’ll point you in the right direction.
