Our Suicide Prevention Program gives you quick, culturally safe support when you’re doing it tough.

✔️ Contact within 24–48 hours of referral

✔️ First support session within 7 days

✔️ Safe space to talk and be heard

✔️ 1-on-1 counselling, safety planning & care planning

✔️ Group support: Managing thoughts and emotions, Healing through storytelling, Calming the mind with mindfulness practices

✔️ Connection with other support services if needed

📅 Support runs over 12 weeks, with regular yarns and care coordination

🌿 Delivered in a non-clinical, culturally respectful space, with wraparound care through Kambu Health

📍 Mob 18+, living in West Moreton (Ipswich, Lockyer, Somerset, Scenic Rim)

📄 Referral through a Kambu GP, other service—or self-referral welcome.
