Ngamu (Healing) Retreat for Youth

Kambu Health invites Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 10–17 years to join us for the Ngamu (Healing) Retreat! 

A SAFE SPACE TO HEAL AND CONNECT If you’ve been having a hard time with your social and emotional wellbeing, this retreat is an opportunity to take a step back, feel supported and connect with other young people who may have experienced trauma, hardship or challenges of their own. 

WHAT TO EXPECT 

Connect with other young people who understand that life can be challenging.

Explore your social and emotional wellbeing in a culturally safe, judgement-free environment. 

Access support from counsellors and support people who will be on site throughout the retreat. 

Enjoy fun social activities, team-building challenges and opportunities to build friendships — all with a beautiful ocean view!
