Dr. Lindsay Davidson

Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Dr. Lindsay Davidson Chief Medical Officer at Kambu Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Health (Kambu Health) is dedicated to delivering culturally safe and meaningful healthcare for First Nations communities.

Originally from Scotland, she relocated to Australia in 2013 and has been an integral part of Kambu Health’s Ipswich and Laidley clinics since January 2023.

With a strong commitment to closing the health gap for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, Dr. Lindsay combines clinical excellence with advocacy and cultural learning, ensuring improved health outcomes for the communities she serves.

Dr. Davidson earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Glasgow in 2005. She pursued a career in General Practice, attaining Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), London in 2012.

Upon moving to Australia, she was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2013.

She has additional qualifications in Women’s Health and a strong professional interest in Paediatrics, Preventative Health, and Chronic Disease Management.

Beyond her medical career, Dr. Davidson is a mother, mountain biking enthusiast, and aspiring artist.

Melissa Lansbury, Director Governance, Compliance, Data and Systems at Kambu Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Health (Kambu Health), professional development includes certification and training in Project Management, Six Sigma and ISO Certification, Business Continuity Planning, Cultural Competency Training, Front Line Management & Talent Development, and RACGP CPD Point Management.

These credentials reflect Melissa’s commitment to continuous learning and excellence in leadership, operational resilience, and cultural capability.

Melissa brings a wealth of experience in primary health care and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive workplace environments. Prior to this role, she led high-profile initiatives, including her work at Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN (DDWMPHN).

She is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience spanning education, telecommunications, and the not-for-profit (NFP) sector.

Passionate about people and culture, Melissa is dedicated to cultivating an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to bring their best selves to work. Her strategic leadership focuses on ensuring that people are an organisation’s greatest asset, and she strives to build a workplace culture rooted in empowerment, growth, and inclusivity.

Stacee Caton

Executive Director Programs

Stacee Caton, Executive Director Programs, Kambu Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Health (Kambu Health) holds a Certificate III Community Services, Certificate IV in Business Administration, and credentials as a Health and Safety Representative.

A proud Kamilaroi woman, with over two (2) decades of experience across State and Local Government in Queensland and the Northern Territory, Stacee brings deep expertise in Child Safety, Housing, and Youth Justice. She played a key role in delivering the $2 billion National Partnership Agreement on Remote Indigenous Housing (NPARIH) and has led community recovery efforts following major disasters including Cyclone Yasi, the Burketown floods, and Cyclones Lam and Nathan.

Stacee also held leadership roles within the Northern Territory Government, including Manager for the Estimates Committee with Minister Bess Price AM, and supporting Chief Minister Adam Giles.

In her role at Kambu Health, Stacee leads with integrity, cultural integrity, and a strong commitment to governance—guiding corporate and executive services to support culturally safe, community-driven health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Shirley Stinson

Chief Practitioner

Shirley Stinson Chief Practitioner , Kambu Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Health (Kambu Health) holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a specialization in psychology, equipping her with the knowledge and expertise to address complex community challenges.

She brings 19 years of experience in the Non-Government sector and a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals and communities.

With a holistic, empowerment-focused approach, Shirley is dedicated to community engagement, collaboration, and partnership-building to create sustainable solutions and drive meaningful change.

Her leadership fosters culturally safe and responsive programs, ensuring that the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are met with compassion, integrity, and strategic action.

Passionate about making a lasting impact, Shirley remains focused on advocating for and supporting individuals, families, and communities, working towards a stronger, healthier future.
