Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Lindsay Davidson grew up outside the city of Aberdeen, Scotland and relocated permanently to Australia in 2013.

Dr. Lindsay is a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioners with over 18 years of experience in treating patients and has a strong passion for preventative health, women’s health and paediatrics.

Dr. Lindsay currently practices at Kambu Health Ipswich Clinic, where she provides comprehensive care for patients within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in Ipswich and West Moreton region.

Todd Williams

Todd Williams

General Manager Corporate Services

Todd serves as General Manager Corporate Services, Kambu Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Health (Kambu Health).

Prior to his appointment with Kambu Health Todd was the Director, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health at the Darling Downs West Moreton Primary Health Network (DDWMPHN).

Todd is a proud Aboriginal man who was raised on Wakka Wakka Country, with strong family ties to both Koa and Wakka Wakka through his grandparents.

Having lived and worked in the region for many years, Todd brings a wealth of experience in health, employment, and training.

In his role as General Manager Corporate Services Todd ensures the delivery of culturally safe services and primary health care across the Ipswich and West Moreton region.

Passionate about mental health, Todd is a strong advocate for reducing the stigma around seeking support and assistance when needed.

Hello, I'm Shirley Stinson, the Chief Practitioner.

I have a Bachelor of Behavioural Science specializing in psychology.  I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in my role.  

I have dedicated 17 years serving individuals and communities in the Non-Government sector.  I have a strong commitment to improving the lives of others and work towards addressing the needs and challenges of the communities that I serve. 

Through my extensive experience and deep understanding of the sector, I have developed a holistic approach that emphasizes empowerment and community engagement.  I am passionate about fostering collaboration and partnership to create sustainable solutions and drive positive change. 

I aim to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people and community that I serve.

Hello, my name is Graeme Lees Smith, and I am the Chief Financial Officer with Kambu Health.

I am a Chartered Accountant of more than 30-years standing and have more than 10-years’ experience across the not-for-profit sector including areas such as NDIS, Aged Care, Allied Health, Mental Health, Social Enterprises and Community Housing.

I also bring extensive experience in senior finance roles across a wide range of commercial entities.

Working with Kambu Health provides me with the opportunity to provide support the Chief Executive Officer and Board to deliver a strategic response to our finances.

I am also charged with providing advice and support to all operational areas and to deliver first class financial services enabling the growth of the organisation both now and into the future.

Hi, my name is Stacee Caton, and I take great pride in my identity as a Kamilaroi woman. 

My upbringing has been fortunate to span across Queensland and the Northern Territory. 

I completed my education in Mount Isa, located on Kalkadoon Country. Shortly after, I embarked on a journey with the Queensland Government, Department of Communities.

My career has encompassed roles within both the State and Local Governments of Queensland and the Northern Territory. Specifically, my focus has been on Human Services, where I have engaged with areas such as Child Safety, Housing, and Youth Justice. 

More recently, I have temporarily stepped away from my position within the Queensland Government to embrace a new opportunity as A/General Manager Programs.

Jaide Southee

General Manager People and Culture

My name is Jaide Southee. I grew up in Logan and currently serve as the General Manager, People and Culture.

I bring 13 years of experience across various health roles. My career commenced as a Dental Assistant, after which I progressed into management roles encompassing Dental, Medical, and Allied Health Services.

I hold an Associate Degree in Business, Diploma in Practice Management, and a Diploma in Human Resources. In 2025, I will begin my Postgraduate Diploma in People & Culture at Springfield UniSQ, advancing my education will expand my skills, allowing me to lead and promote diversity, inclusion and employee engagement, improving our workforce.

My role focuses on fostering Kambu Health’s values. I am dedicated to enhancing employee engagement, performance, professional growth, meeting the needs both strategically and operationally.

I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to Kambu Health, using my qualifications, skills, and experience to support and enhance quality services within our community.

Born into a Defence Force family, I experienced the challenges and advantages of frequent relocations throughout my childhood, shaping my emotional resilience and adaptability.

These formative experiences fuelled my commitment to mental health advocacy, leading me to dedicate the past seven (7) years to the mental health and allied health sectors. During this time, I have witnessed the importance of accessible mental health care for all individuals.

Inspired by the incredible professionals I’ve had the privilege to work alongside, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Human Services with a major in Counselling. My personal journey has instilled in me a passion for addressing barriers to mental health support, and I am dedicated to fostering understanding and compassion in every interaction.

As I continue to grow in my field, I aim to contribute to the development of effective strategies that enhance health accessibility and care, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
