Healing Our Way Youth Workshop, 15-19 December 2025

Kambu Health Generation Well program is delivering a culturally strong, trauma-informed workshop designed to support healing from hurt, identity, resilience and positive futures for our young mob.

This 5-day program runs 15–19 December 2025, 9:00am–3:00pm, held in the Dandirri Room Bremer Terrace, 1 Nicholas Street. Young people will come together for a powerful mix of culture, creativity and wellbeing activities. 

What participants will experience: 

• Yarning circles & storytelling 

• Art therapy, painting & symbolism 

• Cultural dance, movement & grounding 

• Music, drumming & rhythm 

• Healthy coping skills & strong relationships 

• Future pathways: culture, education & career goals 

This workshop helps strengthen cultural identity, build emotional wellbeing, and support young people to make strong, positive choices for their future. For Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander youth aged 10–17.
