Ipswich Children and Family Centre (CFC) joined Ipswich Libraries First 5 Forever Tales & Trails

Kambu Health Ipswich Children and Family Centre (CFC) joined the Ipswich Libraries First 5 Forever Tales & Trails event, dedicated to building a love of reading.


The featured book was The Coloured Echidna by Eunice Day.


Little Jarjums, aged 0-5 years, along with their mums, dads, and carers, enjoyed a day filled with play-based learning, creative activities, singing songs and storytelling.




Highlights of the Day:


• Engaging with First 5 Forever activities that sparked curiosity and the joy of reading.

• Playful learning experiences, making learning fun. Jarjums a did handprint painting, to make a colourful echidna to match the title of the book.


It was great to see the community come together to connect and enjoy the joy of reading and learning through play!
