Melanoma is a type of skin cancer. Melanoma is less common in our Mob, but we can still get melanoma and it does cause deaths in our community every year.
To prevent melanoma, make sure you use sunscreen every day and put sunscreen on your jarjums before school and kindy. Wear a hat, shirt and sunglasses outside. Try to keep in the shade between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
