Looking after your mental health and wellbeing is just as important as looking after your physical health.
This Men’s Health Week, Kambu Health is reminding our men and young fullas that there is strength in speaking up.
Kambu Health offers a range of deadly Men's Mental Health & Wellbeing Programs to support our men who are doing it tough or just needing a safe place to yarn and heal.
🟢 Indigenous Mental Health Program
This program supports you to reconnect with culture, find your strengths and yarn about what’s on your mind. A trauma-informed, cultural response to mental health and stress.

For mob coming back into community after a suicide attempt or hospital visit:

One of the trickiest parts of school for me was writing a nursing care plan. It’s not just about filling templates—you have to integrate theory with actual patient scenarios.
