Ngamu (Healing) Retreat – Gold Coast
As part of Kambu Health’s Generation Well program, the Ngamu (Healing) Retreat offers a safe, supportive space for young people to connect, heal and grow on Country.
This mental health retreat is designed specifically for young people aged 10–17, supporting social and emotional wellbeing through culture, community and care.
This retreat will include discussion around suicide, self-harm, grief and loss, healing from hurt, and emotional wellbeing.
This retreat is suitable for young people engaged in Out of Home Care or Youth Justice or young people who engage in other risk-taking behaviours.
