Becoming a parent can feel like a big rollercoaster – full of ups and downs, and that’s okay.
If you’re a new or expectant parent and something doesn’t feel right, reach out – you’re not alone, and support from family, friends, your Kambu Health GP or Aboriginal Health Worker can make a big difference.
If you know someone going through this, just asking “How are you going?” and really listening can mean a lot.
Let’s check in on our mob and make sure no parent feels they have to go through it on their own – strong families start with strong support.
