Hi, my name is Simone Jackson, and I am a proud Kamilaroi woman. I have worked for over 20 years in Government in both Queensland and the Northern Territory. I grew up in Inala, moving to the northern suburbs for high school. I took on the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role in mid-January 2021 and have recently relocated to Ipswich.

It is my intention to improve and expand the service footprint of Kambu Health, better meeting the needs of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Ipswich and west Moreton footprint. I have built a deadly leadership team of qualified individuals who are all committed and up to the task ahead.
